Winter Break workshops are boredom-busters when the holiday excitement is over, a fun way to pull kids away from their screens, and an opportunity for families to create warm holiday memories together!
All Things Tech Workshop (1/5 from 3 – 4:30 pm): How do robots work? Learn about the inner workings of technology in this family-focused workshop. No previous experience is required!
This workshop is recommended for school-aged participants. Siblings, caregivers, and friend groups are all welcome! Children must be supervised at all times by the grown-ups in their group.
Family workshops at The Iowa Children’s Museum are pay-what-you-can. We encourage participants to select the cost that they can afford, or pay a little extra to support other families and future programs! Member discounts do not apply to this program.
Registration is required. Please register everyone in your group under one registration.
