Donations from The Iowa Children’s Museum

Thank you for thinking of The Iowa Children’s Museum for your upcoming fundraising event! We receive a high volume of requests for donations each month. As a non-profit organization, we are limited in the number of requests we can fulfill. Please review our guidelines below to determine if your organization is eligible to receive a donation.

Eligibility

Eligible Organizations: nonprofit organizations with a 501(c)3 designation, organizations that directly benefit children, schools and scholarship fundraisers, community organizations (libraries, hospitals, etc.), others to be evaluated on an individual basis

Ineligible Organizations: for-profit organizations, employee incentive giveaways and awards, second generation requests (for-profit organizations or individuals raising money for another group), and events benefiting a single person or family

Request a Donation

If your organization is eligible, please download and complete the form below. All donation requests must be sent to donations@theicm.org at least six weeks prior to your event date in order to be considered. Donation requests submitted within six weeks of the event date will not be considered.

Donation requests are reviewed on or around the 15th of each month. We respectfully request that you do not follow up on the status of your donation request via email or phone call. Thank you!
