To celebrate the historic launch of the James Webb Space Telescope, the ICM will host special space-themed activities throughout the day. This telescope’s revolutionary technology will study every phase of cosmic history—from within our solar system to the most distant observable galaxies in the early universe!

Design your own space mission, test your spatial relation skills, join in on a space scavenger hunt, and engineer some rockets with us as we celebrate launch day! 

All activities included with museum admission. FREE for members!

Note: The launch date of the James Webb Space Telescope was pushed back to December 22nd, but play will NOT be delayed! We’re excited to learn and play with you on Saturday the 18th as scientists prepare for this groundbreaking telescope launch!
