Kids Disability Awareness Day

The University of Iowa’s Physical Therapy Student Organization is once again presenting Kids Disability Awareness Day at The Iowa Children’s Museum!

Please join us from 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, April 4, 2020, to educate and engage in activities that children of all abilities can enjoy! Activities will include an assistive device obstacle course, sign language with UI Speech Pathology, an adaptive equipment simulation by ChildServe, activities by UI Child Life Association, Recreational Therapy, activities from the National Federation of the blind, and adaptive sports from Courage League.

This event is included with paid admission to The Iowa Children’s Museum.
