Friday Pro-Am

THIS is the tournament for those of you who come out to play for nothing short of the title. Thanks to our terrific presenting sponsors, the Iowa PGA, and our good friends at Brown Deer Golf Club, we have developed what we hope will soon become referenced as the best PRO-AM in the Iowa Section.

The entire event kicks off Thursday night at the PAR-TEE. Complimentary tickets for PAR-TEE are included for each team.  The event features Nate & Sam Kaeding and Kirk & Mary Ferentz.

You can sign up to play in the Friday Pro-Am with or without a pro. If you want to bring your home course pro (or he wants to bring you) you will just need to provide some basic contact information when completing the registration form. If you are in need of a pro, we will coordinate with Brown Deer Head Professional, Sean McCarty, to assign you one. Be sure to note your preference when completing the registration form.

Registered teams of five are made up of one pro or request for pro, plus four amateurs. The best amateurs the community has to offer will compete to capture the title.

REGISTRATION FEE:

$1,700 per team (4 players plus a pro)

FORMAT:

Teams comprised of one professional and four amateurs. Team score: Amateurs play a scramble while professionals play their own ball. Team score will be the one best score per hole. Amateurs may use the professional’s drive, but must also use the drive of each amateur twice within the round. Professionals play for their own purse.
